Creativity Coaching

The art of doing your heart’s work

Dear creatives, artists, and changemakers…

This is your sign it’s time to commit to your heart’s work

Your creative projects are essential to your well-being, professional endeavors, and art-making. They are an integral part of your identity and deserve your committed attention. Creative work uses your hands, heart, and mind to move ideas into tangible channels of more authentic self expression. Through openness and curiosity, I am here to offer support and be your guide throughout the process.

Createspace Coaching is a one-to-one creativity coaching journey designed to help you to reclaim your creativity and fulfill your ambitions and dreams. You can make your heart’s work an integral part of your life with my personalized support system. Using solution focused inner work tools, we’ll work together to better understand your creative process, overcome challenges, and forge a clear path forward. I believe that through intentional and conscious engagement with ourselves, our creativity has the power to greatly benefit our personal, professional, and creative pursuits.

You might have landed here because you struggle to create time for your craft or you lack the confidence to fully embrace your creativity as an integral part of your life. Or you could be here because you have lots of ideas but are not sure where to start, and which direction to take to make those ideas happen. Or you may feel uninspired and disconnected from yourself, unsure how to find that spark within. Whatever your reason may be, I want to work together to unlock your heart’s work and give you a new sense of confidence in yourself and your creativity.

This is for you if

  • You are feeling conflicted in your everyday life as you struggle to create time for your craft, to develop and strengthen it.

  • You deeply care about your artistry, yet you lack confidence in fully embracing it as being an integral part of your life.

  • You feel you have lost connection with your heart’s work while going through a big life change (as moving country, changing job, becoming a parent…) and you don’t know how to recommit to it, in a way that works for you and your current circumstances.

  • You want to start creating in a consistent way, and you don't want to keep falling into patterns of long breaks or burn out.

  • You have committed to your heart’s work, your mission and purpose, and in the process you have lost yourself.

  • A big vision is pulling at you and you have a lot of ideas, but you are not sure where to start and which direction to take to make it happen.

  • You feel disconnected with yourself and uninspired. Something feels off, you don’t understand why you are feeling unmotivated and depleted most of the time.

What you may have already tried

  • You have researched and read books on topics about what you want to create. You know all the theories, but are stuck in taking concrete actions.

  • You are attending programs, master classes, and courses but you still feel blocked in creating your work.

  • You have tried to make some changes in your habits and routines towards your creativity and wellbeing, but are still falling into old patterns.

I see you and I’ve been there, too.

  • Develop a healthy mindset and a sustainable practice by forming specific habits in support of your craft, wellbeing, and creative process.

  • Learn how to create systems that allows you to plan your creative work in a sustainable and joyful way, keeping in mind your current life and work circumstances.

  • Build deep self-trust by honing the ability to see and identify the negative beliefs, assumptions, and biases that are holding you back while challenging those beliefs with new ones.

  • Find clarity by preparing a cohesive body of work and offerings that you will feel confident and excited to share with the world.

  • Identify your needs and desires, and find flow through the process of change while reclaiming your inner creative self.

This work goes deep and real change takes time.

My wish for you is that you will find a less overwhelming and more focused attention on what matters the most to you. Because when you bring your focused attention to something, it grows. You will learn how to grow your work from the inside out and stop seeking others' approval. When this happens, you will start to experience life and your craft in a whole new way, on your own terms, and define your own successes — maybe for the very first time. And that is such a beautiful and revolutionary change.

I look forward to connecting with You.

Some of the themes you may explore in this space

  • Do you allow yourself to dream?

Creating a vision for the future of your work is a powerful tool that can help us gain clarity on where you are and what your creative work is about.

This exercise can help you to make sure your goals are your own, that they come from your heart, and not from some idea about who you should be or what your life should look like. If you know the answer already, it will help you to zoom into what is pulling at you by practicing paying attention to your inner guidance. Even If you don’t know exactly what your ambition is about then your work is to start finding that out. Often we don’t know until we get started.

  • What if you could bring your whole self, exactly as you are, to everything you create?

This work will involve seeing yourself as a human before seeing yourself as creative. Learning about who you are and your personal experiences are powerful ways to grow your work in a rooted way. We’ll look at your core personal values to make sure that you and your work are aligned. You will understand what it means being in a co-creation relationship with your work.

  • What would happen if you started valuing your energy, time, and resources over other people’s demands of you? What is not negotiable for you anymore?

It's important to really know what matters the most to you and what time and resources you have for your creative work. This level of clarity will feel a bit uncomfortable, especially if your schedule is full – you might need to let go of some things - but by doing so your usual excuses won't hold your work anymore!

  • How can you nourish yourself and your creative work in a consistent and regenerative way?

Whatever seed you are planting, if it is not a rich soil, it will not grow. Fueling yourself and your work is not just about slowing down and resting (although this is very important!) but is about understanding what brings us more aliveness, ease and inspiration, it is about radical self-care. When you give yourself what you need, that’s when the magic happens!

  • What would happen if you stop creating just during stolen moments?

This is where we plan your creative project in a way that makes it doable and your life sustainable. Most of us tend to plan work without taking into account our own unique circumstances, but your project planning is never really separate from the rest of your life. Don’t worry this is not about productivity hacks, It’s about getting real and getting very practical!

  • What would happen if you started to share your work unapologetically?

We will explore ways you can share your work truthfully and in a way that suits you. We will look at what wants to be expressed through you and also what keeps you from doing so.

  • What would happen if you stopped trying to avoid or getting away from the discomfort of fear, and instead listened to it?

Doing your work publicly taking risks and making mistakes can bring up new awareness, emotions, and fears. We will explore the role of fear as a messenger and in the creative process, ways to stay grounded and present, how to bring a sense of safety, self-esteem and self-confidence. By doing so you will create more capacity to welcome what shows up in this process.

  • Do you consciously use money towards what you want to grow in your life?

My Clients’ Experience with Creativity Coaching

  • “Beatrice helped me to reflect on my identity as an artist and designer, on my artistic process, and on what makes me different from the other artists in my niche, in order to better comprehend my strengths myself. After our coaching journey I am more confident and structured when planning my work. I also learned how to pause, rest and get energy back, instead of overworking and losing the joy of the creation and design process.”

    — Francesca Feltrin, artist & designer

  • “The creative coaching sessions with Beatrice have provided me with a container in which I could express my main fears and desires, as well as talk openly about where I was at. I was struggling with putting my ideas into actionable, achievable steps, and this is exactly what I gained confidence in. Bea has offered a multitude of tools and ideas, as well as a nourishing and holistic style of guidance that I was able to apply to my own unique needs.”

    — Alexandra Lais, yoga teacher

  • “Since my first session with Beatrice I have been to my studio once a week, which although is not a huge amount, is amazing for me, and more than I have done in ages. With the help of her good advice, I have also been able to enjoy the process much more. Although it is still early in this process, I feel optimistic that I'll be able to continue in this way, at least in the short term, and hopefully for much longer. I'm extremely grateful to have Beatrice engage with me in such a meaningful and generous way.”

    — Tim Laksey, still life painter
