Biography
Beatrice is a creativity coach, community and art facilitator, artist, and lighting designer.
Beatrice is trained as an architect and she is currently dedicating part of her creativity into her profession as a lighting designer for architecture, art exhibitions and cultural heritage.
Her creative journey started in 2013, when she followed the course Expressive Drawing and Painting, Contemporary Fine Art and Creative Imaging Processes with artist and coach Daniella Rubinovitz at Atelier Molenpad in Amsterdam. In 2019, her architecture and design career brought her to move in London, where she enrolled in Intuitive Abstract Painting, Exploring Process and Narrative with artists Johanna Melvin and Alexander Pollard at the Essential School of Painting. These experiences widened her vision and allowed her to develop as an abstract painter and start to exhibit and sell her work in galleries and art fairs.
In 2020 she co-created Meraki mindful painting, an online community with the mission to spread the knowledge in how to use painting as a tool for self-expression, and encourage and inspire others to embark on their own creative journeys. She now leads the online community by sharing her creative practice, workshops and talks with experts bringing their knowledge and experience in the mindfulness, creative and art sector.
In her work as a coach she combines her background as a designer and community facilitation, mindfulness, and intuitive art making to create safe spaces for those who feel ready to reconnect with their innate spark and recommit to their heart’s work with joy. Using inner work tools as self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-compassion she guides clients to develop a healthy mindset and a sustainable embodied practice. She helps them to gain clarity and find flow through their unique creative process.
