This creative coaching group experience will offer you mindset and practical tools, accountability and community you need to help you grow your heart’s work in an aligned and sustainable way. 

Creative work is an emotional labor, which can show up to us in many ways: negative self-talk, resistance to making and sharing our work, comparing ourselves to others, letting this derail our growth and acceptance of ourselves and our artistry.

The intention of this space is to create a supportive and nourishing community space, slow intentional time for you to root deeper into your creativity so that when storms come, the roots are strong enough to keep you standing.

We’ll explore and unpack areas of the creative process that are not typically a part of a learning curriculum: working with your intuition, accessing your creative voice and inner guidance, understanding yourself in relationship to your craft, the nature of the creative process of bringing your heart’s work into the world and how to meet that with awareness and mindfulness.
